Sullivan Roots
Hello, everybody! I'm Dr. Micah. I was born and raised in the Sullivan area and I am so excited to be able to serve our wonderful small town community. As a kid, I attended St. Anthony Catholic School, then continued on to Sullivan High School. Growing up, I filled my time with sports and volunteering with various organizations.
College Adventure
After high school, I attended Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. I then continued my education at Stephens College in Columbia, MO where I completed a Bachelor of Science degree. While attending Stephens, I discovered Chiropractic and realized this was my calling. I should have known earlier, but that's a story for another day! In April of 2023, I completed the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Logan University in Chesterfield, MO.
Serving My Hometown
I feel that Sullivan has provided me with an amazing, close knit community and bountiful opportunities. After completing my Chiropractic program, I knew I would have the option to work at an established practice or open my own. Towards the end of my program, I decided to take the leap and do what I knew would make me the happiest. Being able to serve and give back to a community that has given me so much is how I want to spend the rest of my life.
My Approach
At Weirich Wellness LLC, personalized treatment plans are at the heart of everything I do. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care—every patient is unique, and their treatment should reflect that. My goal is to create care plans that support each individual’s needs and health goals.

During my time at Logan, I trained in a variety of techniques including Diversified, Activator, Flexion Distraction, and Logan Basic. I also incorporate soft tissue therapies such as scraping, cupping, light massage, Active Release Technique, and taping.

I’m currently working toward my acupuncture certification, which I’m excited to bring to the Sullivan community! Acupuncture offers a wide range of benefits for both acute and chronic conditions.

I’ve always believed in building a diverse skill set to better serve my patients. The more tools I have, the more effective and individualized care I can provide.

At Weirich Wellness LLC, we do not accept insurance. This allows Dr. Micah to provide personalized, high-quality care without the restrictions or limitations imposed by insurance companies. By removing third-party interference, we can focus entirely on what’s best for your health and healing, including the frequency and type of care you truly need.

Because Dr. Micah is committed to making chiropractic care affordable for families, she offers the option to join ChiroHealthUSA (CHUSA)—a discount membership program that helps reduce out-of-pocket costs. For just $49 per year, this membership covers you, your spouse or partner, and any children under 26 living in your household. Choosing CHUSA means you can access discounted rates, often comparable to insurance copays, without the hassle and delays that come with dealing with insurance companies.

At the first visit (or any visit thereafter), patients have the ability to choose between Dr. Micah's standard prices or join CHUSA and pay the discounted rates.
